Our Return Policy
We realize that sometimes you don’t get what you expected.
We will accept returned items under the following conditions:
Please call us prior to returning any item; we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization. (RMA)
Due to the expense involved, any item returned without a RMA is subject to a 25% restocking fee. So, please call us first.
Sorry, shipping and handling fee are non-refundable.
To return an item it must be in NEW condition (with accessories) and in the original packaging, with instructions and any warranty information.
Purchased products may be returned to Silver Age Surfers within 30 days of shipment. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective you must notify us within 3 days (72 hours). We will give you a RMA number and shipping instructions, return shipping will be at the expense of Silver Age Surfers. We will promptly send a replacement item or if you require no replacement we will issue a credit to your charge account.
We reserve the right to refuse credit if product returned has been abused or misused and is not in resalable condition.
If we are not contacted within 30 days from date of shipment, no credit will be issued.
Please note the following: MEDICAL OR HYGIENIC AIDS ARE NOT RETURNABLE DUE TO HEALTH REGULATIONS.
